If I could give zero I would for this dealership and the whole Honda service department. No accountability for their defective car. No empathy for clients that don’t have transportation due to their faulty vehicle. And no chance I will ever buy a from this or any location in the future. Do not get suckered in by false advertising on their reliability and service.
The dealership was not willing to negotiate -- their "excuse" was that they just lowered the price of the vehicle $300 same week. They were also not honest about price - price of vehicle kept changing by all the add-ons, and extremely high "document fee", which is pure profit to dealership. Finance was never available by phone, kept making "errors" on contract (not sure if it was intentional or not), and wouldn't directly answer questions about warranties or other details and kept warranty prices hidden. We put a deposit down of $500 for them to hold a car for us on Thursday and by Saturday they sold the car and wouldn't give us our $500 back. GM said that it would be in the mail in about a week and rhe fabricating sales rep named Tony Henry told us to come get the check. We get there and they said the controller is out so they can't give it to us.. I would not recommend their customer service to anybody.
Traded my car in on February 21, 2024 it has been 36 Days and they still have not funded my deal. The check for the old car has still not made it to Honda Finance and has now flagged my credit. Going to seek out legal options at this point. What a xxxxty finance manager they have.
Brought my 2019 Ridgeline in for “emissions system problem” message on dashboard. The dealership Carey Paul Honda became Stone Mountain Honda during the service. My service advisor was let go/ quit during the service and no one relayed that information to me. We are a military family located 2 hours from this dealership. I saw they had an odyssey I wanted so we decided to make the trip. Service Specialist Billy Hummel and team did a terrific job with service recently on my 2008 Honda Fit. Pleased to discover that a dealership service center would be one of my first places to go for repairs. Billy and team worked hard with me to get quality repairs done at sensible prices, especially for such an older car.

So many red flags we ignored and I’m so angry with myself. We ended up buying a 2021 Honda Accord LX. When we test drove the car the tire pressure light was on. I was told it would be diagnosed and fixed. I assume they just put air in the tire because the very next day the tire pressure light came back on. Very worst service experience received by finance and accounts team. No proper response any of the queries and they doesn’t even call back if we leave the message. Very slow in providing resolution for the reported issue.
My wife and I felt that the sales team and management really took advantage of us today with dishonesty. In particular, sales team member Key Brown repeatedly told my wife she could get a car at a specific out-the-door price, that she had repeatedly got her manager's (Larry Bass) approval, but that we had to come in today to get the car at this price.

Terrible service, bought a car 3 wks ago and it had a recall, went to get it fixed & they had the car smelling like gas
absolutely do not come to Carey Paul Honda in Snellville. We went in to buy a Nissan Rogue S listed in the high 18,000s. We test drove it, got ready to buy it, “financial manager” comes back and says there are now an additional 7,000 dollars in fees, including fixing it up to sell it, which were not included in the online price. Final price: almost exactly 26,000 dollars. We didn’t buy it, but if you’re into scams come on down and get any car you want with 7000 bucks added on!!
